★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no veía como opción rentar un vestido de quinceañera para mi hija, pero debido a la pandemia ya no le pude realizar una fiesta grande a mi niña y le hice algo pequeño y su sesión de fotos.
Mi hija quedo muy contenta con el vestido, era el color que andaba buscando (Rosegold), la verdad ni se notó que lo habia rentado, y pues quede contenta con el precio y me gusto la calidad del servico.
 The truth is, I did not see the option of renting a quinceañera dress for my daughter, but due to the pandemic I could no longer have a big party for my daughter and I did something small for her and her photo session.
My daughter was very happy with the dress, it was the color she was looking for (Rosegold), the truth was not noticed that she had rented it, and well, I was happy with the price and I liked the quality of the service.

De igual manera puede estar seguro de que somos personas rectas que nos conducimos con total seriedad. En concordancia con ello, negamos rotundamente haber entregado un "vestido inservible". Jamás haríamos algo así sin hacer una reparación del daño. ¿Estaremos hablando del mismo vestido? ¿Lo habrá dañado alguien a propósito después de la entrega? Dado que no siempre es posible verificar el actuar de nuestros empleados, puede que lo más sensato sea otorgarle al cliente el beneficio de la duda.

We would never do something like this without repairing the damage. Are we talking about the same dress? Did someone purposely damage it after delivery?
