Primero explique por teléfono lo que quería, luego llegue a la sucursal norte y le enseñe a quien me atendió lo que quería y ni aún así lograron hacérmelo. Hicieron lo que quisieron y como quisieron.
Luego la "encargada " con una actitud negativa como haciendome un favor, cuando es un servicio por el cual yo pagaría.
Primera y última ves que asisto.
