★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo podría describirla como lamentable. Soy estudiante y llame para pedir cotización de tres vuelos para mi y unos compañeros que nos vamos de estancia. El Sr. que contesto me dejo esperando 10 min, posteriormente me dijo que si buscaba tarifas económicas y le dije que si pues soy estudiante, en ese momento fue sumamente grosero y me dijo que la universidad tenía su propia agencia y que él no me iba mandar cotización pues él no iba estarle haciendo el trabajo a la escuela y en ese momento me colgó. Así que les sugiero que no pierdan su tiempo llamado a este lugar. También aprovechó para hacer un llamado de atención al dueño del establecimiento (espero que no haya sido el que contesto) pues definitivamente su personal no tiene idea de atención a clientes ni la más mínima educación.
I could only describe it as regrettable. I am a student and I called to request a quote for three flights for me and some colleagues who are going to stay. The man who answered left me waiting 10 minutes, later he told me that if I was looking for cheap rates and I told him that if I am a student, at that time he was extremely rude and told me that the university had its own agency and that he was not leaving. send a quote because he wasn't going to be doing the school's work and at that moment he hung up on me. So I suggest you don't waste your time calling this place. He also took the opportunity to make a call to the owner of the establishment (I hope he was not the one who answered) because his staff definitely has no idea of customer service or the slightest education.
