Beautiful spot in tulum town for your holidays. We stayed there for 1 week and it was like I never left my home but I was living in the paradise!! The attention was amazing, Carlo the concierge was always taking care of us, giving recommendations and telling us the best restaurants and nightlife places. The residences are so nice, luxury everywhere, super comfortable beds, and the pool is just perfect. It was so nice spending the day at the beach, that btw its the beach club of their sister hotel coco tulum, super nice spot with good drinks and music, and then coming back to the residences, chill by the pool and finish day in town. Thx for everything, looking forward to come back soon!

Calm and quiet place worth a wonderful pool. Garden and trees. Parking place enough for everybody. Beautiful decoration inside the departments. Friendly people in all the apartments.

This place is a dumpster in a sketchy part of town with no parking!!! We arrived and decided we would not stay there, we left as soon as we got to the dirt road and saw the construction crews inside the property, no pool, tons of dirt and a couple of construction crews making noise like crazy!

The worst place I ever been in Mexico. 24h before our arrival they told us the pool wasn’t available but we could stay at other pools: Coco Hacienda (rudest people ever) or Coco Limited (worst hygiene for a pool). The road for Coco Village is the worst. We waited more than one hour for the place to be available (even if we planned our arrival ahead). The security guy gave us the key after the hour waiting for the room (didn’t speak English) and gave us the wrong wifi password. No hot water available. It was raining cats and dogs, we were cold and wet. We asked every night and they almost put fire to the apartment fixing it. They are working on the pool so there is noise all day. We went to Coco Hacienda, they didn’t expect us, they asked us to stay away from the guests rooms implying we would steal something. They followed us everywhere we went even in the bathroom. Didn’t want to give us the wifi password. Rudest people ever. The worst experience, not deserving the rank they have on tripadvisor and booking.

I’ve stayed here twice enjoyed it immensely. The space for price is unbeatable and the staff is so helpful (shout out to Christian!). It’s in the Pueblo and near a gas station but we had no trouble sleeping and hanging out without being bothered by city noise. The WiFi is probably the most unaccommodating aspect. From my clocks, one can get right under 1MBps (sheesh) so my VPN was virtually impossible to use. The water was hot and it’s pretty much a mini resort for a great price.

Location was pretty difficult to find, but when we did find it and made it to our apartment the door locks were broken! We requested maintenance to be called so they could fix it and we were told no it would have to wait until morning!! The bedrooms were nice and spacious, but the bathrooms and kitchen were filthy. Sadly, I will NOT recommend this place ever. We canceled our reservation and went elsewhere.

The surrounding of the hotel is a building site with work in progress. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious. Kitchen wasn't the cleanest, for example the microwave was filthy from previous guests as well as cigarette butts on the balcony. Bed was extra comfortable. TV never worked, even one of the staff couldn't get it working. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water though. We stayed a week and after numerous complaints we had a warm water once. Just not good enough for not so cheap place. There is one member of staff who is usually at the gate shed during the day who was extremely unhelpful and rude. Location is not good either. Pool and garden is nice. Altogether it is a pretentious place and would not stay again.
