★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went for a bellow the knee wax. Was planning on other waxes as well but was told that they could not do it because the lights were not working. They waxed my legs in a dark room with the door open to let in some light. I was fine with the experience but then their credit card machine didn't work and I had to pay in cash. When I returned i found patches that they missed.
I'm sure it's a matter of bad timing. The ladies themselves were nice and friendly but I can't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady speaks great English. But unfortunately due to the quality of the service I won’t be going back. I had to request many times for her to do complete work. It obviously was not complete and she said it was done for multiple times. And I had to check myself. The experience was bad towards the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely overrated and overpriced. I was charged for US$80 for ‘supposedly’ eyelashes lift and eyebrows laminate. Eyelashes looked exactly the same as when I came in and the technician lady said I could just use mascara to make them look nicer. Eyebrows started moving around in different directions right the next morning. The lady was very sweet and spoke great English however I don’t think she was qualified to do the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service - removed half of my eyebrow saying that “it was that way already”. Now I have two different-looking eyebrows at different height. ?? The first application of the paint didn’t make any effect, when I asked to re-apply it, they started blaming me because it was me who ask not to make too dark, but I also didn’t ask to make it not visible. Never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently posted a review of eyelash extensions at Coco Wax Studio. They replied to my review saying that they don’t offer eyelash extension services. This is a lie. I called their Condesa location and they set an appointment for me at their other location.
I report the following:
I am fighting an eyelid infection with a strong antibiotic after getting a new set of lashes.
Two-thirds of the lashes fell off during the first week.
The remaining lashes are clumped together.
Coco Wax Studio supplied this service. It cost $75 US dollars without tip. They are a dishonest, unsanitary salon. I hope I don’t also get Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what happened here. The place was clean and the technician was friendly, but the wax must have been hotter than normal. I was burned and it was a Brazilian. Maybe because I was the first customer of the day, the wax was too hot, but I have never had skin peel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had eyelash extensions put on one week ago. I am now fighting an eyelid infection with antibiotics. Two-thirds of the lashes have fallen off. The remaining lashes have clumped together. The service cost$75 US dollars. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received in a salon. They are dangerous and incompetent.
