Compre dos arreceras y trabajaban mal, las lleve a la garantía, en primera me querían cobrar por la reparación, en segunda le querían hacer una mexicanada para arreglarla pero me opuse, tercera, ya cuando quedamos de acuerdo en que no debian cobrar y en que la pieza tenía que ser remplazada por una nueva, se mando a la garantía y de 7 días que me dieron para recogerla, tardo como 15 días, tuve que comprar otra (obviamente en otro lugar, por cierto esta en frente y es más barato y profesional) y cuando recibo la arrocera la llevo a mi local y oh sorpresa, la arrocera traía tremendo golpe del cual obviamente se deslindaron, EN MI VIDA VUELVO, ESPERO USTEDES TAMPOCO, AUN TENGO UNA ARROCERA EN GSRANTÍA CON ELLOS, YA QUE LAS DOS FALLARON
AVOID BUY HERE .. !!!
I bought two arreceras and they worked badly, I took them to the guarantee, in the first they wanted to charge me for the repair, in the second they wanted to make me a Mexican to fix it but I opposed, third, already when we agreed that they should not charge and that the piece had to be replaced by a new one, it was sent to the warranty and 7 days they gave me to pick it up, it took about 15 days, I had to buy another one (obviously in another place, by the way it is in front and it is cheaper and professional) and when I receive the rice cooker I take it to my premises and oh surprise, the rice cooker brought tremendous blow from which obviously they were demarcated, IN MY LIFE I RETURN, I HOPE YOU ALSO, I STILL HAVE A RICE IN GSRANTY WITH THEM, SINCE THEY FAILED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A la hora de comprar todos fueron muy amables pero a la hora del primer servicio de un horno de convección, tardaron 2 semanas en darme respuesta y solo por venir a mi local y cotizarme el mantenimiento, me quisieron cobrar 1,200.00 pesos, su servicio al cliente es un asco y por ese dinero consiguen mejores hornos de convección, no se lo recomiendo a nadie. El horno no tiene ni un año de haberlo comprado y ya está fallando el motor.
