★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si visitas Alfajayucan debes probarlos porque son los cocoles más ricos de la región, es una tradición familiar que ha pasado de generación en generación por más de 40 años y su sabor siempre hace recordar esas tardes tomando un café o un té de canela en compañía de los seres queridos. Los cocoles recién horneados los venden a partir de la 1:00 pm, es recomendable llegar media hora antes o dejarlos apartados porque se acaban muy rápido, en especial los fines de semana y períodos de vacaciones.
If you visit Alfajayucan you should try them because they are the richest cocoles in the region, it is a family tradition that has passed down from generation to generation for more than 40 years and its flavor always reminds you of those afternoons having a coffee or cinnamon tea in the company of the loved ones. The fresh baked coles sell them from 1:00 pm, it is advisable to arrive half an hour before or leave them separated because they end very fast, especially on weekends and holiday periods.

I was not a fan of cocol, but these are super delicious there is no point of comparison with others, I really highly recommend them. Lis best in the state.
