E	Elena Garza Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. La señorita que atiende tiene muy mal trato. No supo explicar las opciones de lavado. No saben manejar un precio, te dicen que depende de las "fichas" mínimo cuatro pero a la mera hora pueden ser 5 o 6. El chico que iba a lavar mi auto me dice que la propina es obligatoria (entonces no es propina). Y que con gusto se la daba, si trataran bien a sus clientes. Obviamente me fui. Ya tenía malas referencias del lugar pero les quise dar una oportunidad. Desaprovechada. Terrible service. The lady who attends has very bad treatment. He could not explain the washing options. They don't know how to handle a price, they tell you that it depends on the minimum four "chips" but at the mere hour it can be 5 or 6. The guy who was going to wash my car tells me that the tip is mandatory (so it is not tip). And that he would gladly give it to them, if they treated their clients well. Obviously I left. I already had bad references to the place but I wanted to give them a chance. Wasted.
A	Angel Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar con excelentes instalaciones , pero si es la primera vez que vas pregunta que incluye cada lavado porque te desepcionaras , ya que el lavado, ni siquiera incluye el sacado ,asiprado ,menos que decir del detallado del carro . La verdad me frustró haber llevado a lavar el carro a esas instalaciones. A place with excellent facilities, but if it is the first time you go, ask what each wash includes because you will be disappointed, since the wash does not even include the removal, vacuuming, less to say about the car detailing. The truth frustrated me having taken a car wash to those facilities.

N	Noé Reyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tristemente para quien visita por primera vez el lugar, una mala experiencia, no hay quien te reciba o asigne un lugar, ni te explican nada, dando por hecho que ya sabes todo el proceso, y lo único que te dicen es,..."apenas preguntándole a cada uno de los de chaleco naranja, haber quien está desocupado"... Osea brincar de estación en estación, casi rogando para re quien te puede atender. No dudo que puedan ser buenas instalaciones o que ya el trabajo terminado pueda llegar a ser bueno, pero primero impresión es primera impresión y fue mala. Tuve que retirarme a buscar algún otro con menos sofisticación en instalaciones, pero con mayor cercanía y atención. Sadly, for those who visit the place for the first time, a bad experience, there is no one who welcomes you or assigns you a place, nor does they explain anything to you, assuming that you already know the whole process, and all they tell you is, ... "Just asking each one of the orange vests, who is unoccupied" ... I mean jumping from station to station, almost begging for someone who can help you. I do not doubt that they can be good facilities or that the finished work can become good, but first impression is first impression and it was bad. I had to retire to find someone else with less sophistication in facilities, but with greater proximity and attention.
