★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're in the Playa area, this is the best nail shop in Mexico and even better than majority of the nail shops in the U.S. My wife and I had pedicures only, which they paid attention to detail and communicated exactly on how you would like tour nails cut. Omar was my tech and I've never had my feet pampered like his service. I don't know my wife technician name, but she did a great job on my wife's feet. The location is a 15min bike ride from downtown Playa Del Carmen or 5 min car ride. Not to mention the place is clean and they sanitize all of their equipment. We will be back for the the wonderful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible quality! the master did a terrible manicure and pedicure, the quality is disgusting! gel polish is applied unevenly, with specks. Obviously making the leash finish faster! I do not recommend, wasted money and time! I am very sorry that I turned to this salon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pin in Google maps wasn’t correct, so I had the taxi drop me in the middle of nowhere. I called Coconut and they were very helpful connecting me to someone who spoke English and was very friendly, and I found my way to the salon a 20-minute walk later. Unfortunately my sugaring service here wasn’t good. Without going into too much detail, my skin was quite badly hurt in several places. It was torn quite badly and now I am experiencing ugly scabbing, redness and blisters. AND lots of hair was left behind. I hate to write reviews like this but I need to spare others from this experience. I’d stick to nails if you’re planning to visit.

I came in for a mani pedi after meeting the owner at the San Miguel de Allende location. She was warm and inviting so I decided to check out this location as well. I am very impressed! 800 pesos for a mani pedi with gel. I have had bad luck with most nail salons in Mexico so this will be my go-to from now on.

I was welcomed with a fresh Coffee and an incredible service of sugaring by Marbela. It’s my first time sugaring and it was very soft and relaxing- I highly can recommend if you want to be hair free on your body - it’s amazing! Finally I got a pedicure, and I just can say it’s the best service you can find here. I feel reborn and totally relaxed and cared after my stay with you. You will feel like a goddess!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart - I’ll come back <3 Beso de Ramona
