★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best food I've had in a long time. Amazing prices too, get the 18 oz steak! It was only $15 U.S. and was worth $100 in my book. Staff and owner were super nice. Thanks for the great food Tony!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the resort next to the beach club and decided to try it for lunch. The menu has a variety of dishes and the food was pretty good. The coconut shrimp were delicious. Definitely recommended trying this spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled on this place and had no recommendations. We were sightseeing and decided to order some coladas (3). The drinks were good and the bartender gave us doubles for the same price. The staff were very friendly. “Oh, what the hell let’s order a grouper and fries.” The three of us went all the way back to America bragging how fresh and tasty the grouper tasted. I saved the name and address in my Waze to go back and recommend to friends. I can’t testify to the other amenities but we were satisfied. Thanks CocoTiki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've cruised to Cozumel several times and typically go down to Nachi Cocom. This time Nachi was full, and the taxi driver recommended CocoTiki. We had a party of 14 and he said we'd probably be the only people there. That is exactly what we were looking for.
CocoTiki is 40 ft wide. The entire private beach is 40ft. They had 10 rows of beach chairs deep, eight across (their photo on simplybook.it has 11 across). In the water, there was a 10 ft wide exclusion area for jet ski launching only. This left 30ft of water access for the 135 people they allow in each day. That's the same number allowed at Nachi Cocom and their beach is 500+ ft wide.
There was no discount for kids, as stated by the people at the cruise terminal. Their reasoning was that the kids could drink virgin pina coladas and daiquiris.
When we arrived we specifically asked if jet skis were included because they were on the sign. We were told "everything is included" several times. This was at least implied to a few other families, because they were arguing with the operator of the jet skis about it. They were an additional $65/half hour. The sign also shows horseback rides. I hate I missed seeing a 40ft long horseback ride while we were there.
I tried 2 frozen drinks. The pina colada tasted like a smoothie with no alcohol and the mojito was orange for some reason with no mint or lime. The beer was fine.
The wifi is unusably slow. I ran a speed test while I was there and I was getting .21Mbps.
The blue paint on the pool rubbed off on everyone in it.
While paddleboarding, the jet ski operator guy came out on one of his jet skis to tell me I couldn't paddle out that far because I was in the jet ski area, even though the jet ski area was clearly also in the swimming area. Kayaks and paddleboards were limited to the distance out of the pier next door.
The nachos were pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are getting off the cruise and looking for a nearby beach to go to by taxi, I would suggest you NOT go to CocoTiki beach. I was talked into going here instead of another beach by the taxi attendant. He said that the beach I was wanting to go to did not have clear water today, and suggested CocoTiki as a better alternative (specifically stating that the beach was the same distance, the water was cleaner/clearer, and you will get a free drink upon admission). Cocotiki was much further away than the original beach choice, but that really wasn't an issue for me. I did not receive my free drinks after paying the 20$ cover. The water was not really cleaner/clearer to me. There were a lot of seaweeds and really nothing to look at if you are trying to snorkel. The paddleboats were touted as "free" after you paid the 20 dollar cover, but when I took one out for use, the guy managing it specifically said "it is free to use, but we run on tips." When I returned the paddle boat, the guy was not happy that I did not give a tip. I assured him that I can give him something when I go back to my table as I did not have cash on me to which he gave a scoff and said, "Okay maybe you will or maybe you wont." The biggest issue for me was that all the beach chairs and tables near the beach were all taken. Cocotiki sits on a very narrow strip of beach between a condo complex and a hotel so there is not a lot of space either. If you do not get to cocotiki early in the day then don't even bother as all of the chairs and table will have already been taken and people will not be leaving until they absolutely have to go because they want to get their cover charge 's worth. The taxi company will recommend you go here because the driver's take a cut of your cover charge.
If you must go, remember that only people who want to use the beach chairs or equipment need to pay the cover. For example, if you are just sitting at the "Restaurant" watching the kids, you do not need to pay for the cover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a terrible place to visit but I wish they had more lounge chairs. We only had some plastic table chairs open. The water was ok and the drinks were great. The staff were friendly as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a group of 8 that rented an Airbnb a few houses down from COCO TIKI. I think we visited every day and multiple times a few days. They treated us like family. We all got to know each other by name. The food, drinks and hospitality were all excellent. In my opinion this is a can’t miss spot to hang out. COCO TIKI was a bright spot during an unbelievably great family vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really lovely place with lovely waiters. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is that there is a seaweed smell in the air.
I had the green aguachile and it was delicious. Watched the sunset and chilled. Lovely beach, not too crowded. Clean water - can only recommend
