★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho en surtir material pierdes mucho tiempo en un corte. Su almacén ya los rebasó tienen tarimas en todo el lugar donde te atienden y en la caja tienes que estar pidiendo permiso para poder pasar. En cuanto a precios está excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Respecto a los del área de ventas no tengo queja alguna, sobre todo de Gaby Vázquez; pero respecto a la entrega de material por parte de Almacén es de lo peor que hay en todo Querétaro, no puede ser que para entregar tarden hasta más de una hora, tienen parada a las personas y tardan demasiado entregar, y todavía les preguntamos que pasa y nos dicen "No sé yo no tengo esa factura", les recomendaría mucho chequen bien su personal de Almacén y entrega porque de verdad es los peor de Querétaro.
Regarding those in the sales area, I have no complaints, especially from Gaby Vázquez; But regarding the delivery of material by the Warehouse, it is the worst that there is in all of Querétaro, it cannot be that to deliver it takes up to more than an hour, they stop people and take too long to deliver, and we still ask them what happens and they tell us "I don't know, I don't have that invoice", I would highly recommend checking your Warehouse and delivery staff well because it really is the worst in Querétaro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buena tienda, pero las veces que he ido el personal NO USA MASCARILLA, y obligan al cliente a ponerse frente a ellos para el momento de entrega del material, dos personas pedimos que se pusieran mascarilla y simplemente nos ignoraron y y volteaban hacia abajo, es una lástima.
It is a good store, but the times that I have been the staff DO NOT USE A MASK, and they force the customer to stand in front of them for the time of delivery of the material, two people asked to put on a mask and they simply ignored us and turned down, it is a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de la vendedora fue cordial y amable, me hicieron esperar más de una hora en entregarme por su almacén una compra minorista y al final no tenían un producto en inventario y de nuevo otros minutos más. No recomendable para compras menores. Aunque otro cliente llevaba más tiempo esperando un transformador.

ir a esa eléctrica, desde que te toman el pedido y los de almacén peor!!!!! Parece que van a la fábrica por el material!!!! Pésimo!!!! Y ahora con pandemia cierran antes !!!! Deben de aclarar su horario!!!!!!!
