★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada que vas es esperar 10-15min a que te atiendan para que al final te digan que el material lo tienen solo sobre pedido. Hice un pedido de luminarias, me dijeron que dentro de una semana llegan, a la semana voy y me dicen que resulta que llegan dentro de 3 semanas. No hubo consideración ni si quiera para avisarme, gracias a ello retrasan los proyectos y el que queda mal es quien presta el servicio.
Every time you go, you wait 10-15min for them to attend you so that at the end they tell you that the material is only available on request. I placed an order for luminaires, they told me that they will arrive within a week, a week I go and they tell me that it turns out that they will arrive within 3 weeks. There was no consideration not even to notify me, thanks to this they delay the projects and the one who looks bad is the one who provides the service.
