★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reducen el tiempo de tolerancia cuando la ciudad está más caótica. Tomen su tiempo, mejor llegar 30 min antes, aunque se tenga que esperar en la fila en la calle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible institución corrupta que entra en desacato ante la declaratoria general de inconstitucionalidad. Puro fósil y gente que está más Godín y cuadrada que en la época de Porfirio Díaz. Se necesita gente nueva con ideas nuevas y evolucionistas, dentro de este organismo disfuncional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La página no sirve para nada. El llamar tampoco. No se puede agenda cita ni con la e-firma, de verdad desespera que ni una llamada pueden contestar. Si se pudiera le daría menos de una estrella. Mal y de malas un mal necesario. :(
The page is useless. Neither does calling. You can't schedule an appointment even with the e-signature, it's really desperate that they can't even answer a call. If I could I would give it less than one star. Bad and bad a necessary evil. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, pero la mayoría de informes son vía telefónica,y tienes que hacer fila otros 10- 15 min aunque traigas cita( tienes que traerla impresa)y tienes que hacerla por internet en la plataforma consejo: llena todos tus formatos y si están mal aquí te dicen que debes corregir
