En internet dice que inician actividades a las 8:30 y ahí tienen un letrero de que inician a las 9 y si tú no lo viste cuando fuiste te friegas y te esperas a que terminen de platicar y/o desayunar, no aparece en ningún sitio de su página el teléfono al menos no el de playa del Carmen. Me quejo del horario y me atienden diciéndome sarcásticamente que si ya fui antes entonces si ví su letrero del horario ( como diciendo que para que me hago la tonta) les pido el teléfono y me lo anotan en un papel, le pregunto que porque no está en internet y me dice que ya me lo dió... Así como para que no esté fregando, y antes ya le había preguntado si el documento que me entregaba era lo único o si necesitaba algo más a lo que me contesta que desconoce los trámites que me solicitan, o de verdad no sabe nada (que también es muy probable) o para variar no tiene ninguna disposición de ayudar!
