Sin embargo, las últimas 3 veces que fui (recalcando que fue después de la remodelación y cambio de personal) me han tratado muy grosero y a veces tenía que estar buscando a quien me pudiera atender, ya que las chicas están en el celular (supongo que porque no había tanta gente esos días). En otra ocasión se molestaron porque pregunté acerca de algo del menú y decidí pedir otra cosa. Finalmente, mi decisión definitiva de darle un descanso al lugar por un tiempo fue porque, en mi última visita con mi mamá, nos aventaron el servicio de la mesa. Hablo de tres personas diferentes, por lo que creo que es un problema general. Es muy triste, porque realmente era un espacio muy cómodo y amable (con quienes estaban antes de la remodelación, y no es porque tenga preferencia, es sólo que eran más cordiales). Espero que pronto se resuelva y poder regresar sin la incertidumbre de si me van a ser amables o no, pues creo que cualquier cliente se sentiría incómodo.
It is a good place and everything is very tasty, I used to frequent it a lot with my family and friends, because the prices are also affordable. However, the last 3 times I went (emphasizing that it was after the remodeling and change of staff) I have been treated very rudely and sometimes I had to look for someone who could assist me, since the girls are on the cell phone (I guess because there were not so many people those days). On another occasion they were upset because I asked about something on the menu and decided to order something else. Finally, my final decision to give the place a rest for a while was because, on my last visit with my mom, they threw the table service at us. I'm talking about three different people, so I think it's a general problem. It's very sad, because it really was a very comfortable and friendly space (with those who were before the remodeling, and it's not because I have a preference, it's just that they were more cordial). I hope that it will be resolved soon and that I will be able to return without the uncertainty of whether they will be kind to me or not, because I think that any client would feel uncomfortable.
