3 horas para un servicio de acrílico.
Las sillas hundidas, se te duermen las piernas.
El pedicure lo hizo en 15 min, ni masaje ni exfoliante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quedé muy decepcionada, tenía cita a las 7:15 para corte de cabello, llegué a las 7:20 y estuve hasta las 8:30 y nadie me decía nada, si ya me iban a atender o algo... hubiera preferido que me cancelaran la cita o mínimo fueran sinceros y me dijeran que regresara más tarde, me desesperé y me fuí... Además el gelish que me hice ahí mismo unos días antes se me empezó a caer al día siguiente, tienen muy mala calidad en esmaltes y técnica...

Considero OBVIA la razón por la cual no permiten dar calificación vía Facebook. El día de hoy acudí a hacerme un Gelish en manos y en pies además de un pedicure. Comenzando con su impuntualidad, me citaron a las 10 am y estaba cerrado. Cuando llegó una de sus empleadas con notable mal humor comenzó a atendernos con pésima calidad de servicio al cliente, terrible actitud como si le estuviéramos haciendo un favor, atendiendo llamadas y mensajes al momento del servicio. Al final llegaron sus demás compañeras para ayudar, pero personalmente ella me atendió en los 3 servicios antes mencionados. El pedicure me pareció bueno hasta salir del local y notar que el talón seguía exactamente igual a cuando llegué, en cuanto al Gelish en ambos, manos y pies terrible, en los pies, el dedo gordo se siente grumoso, no retiró cutícula en ninguno de los 20 dedos, ni les dió forma a las uñas. Considero que a nadie le gusta que le traten mal y mucho menos cuando se está pagando por un servicio que además está mal hecho. Debut y despedida, el peor lugar de uñas y pedicure en San Nicolás de los Garza.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
I consider OBVIA the reason why they do not allow rating via Facebook. Today I went to get a Gelish in hands and feet in addition to a pedicure. Starting with their unpunctuality, they summoned me at 10 am and it was closed. When one of her employees arrived with remarkable bad humor, she began to serve us with a terrible quality of customer service, a terrible attitude as if we were doing her a favor, answering calls and messages at the time of service. In the end her other companions arrived to help, but personally she attended me in the 3 services mentioned above. I found the pedicure good until I left the premises and noticed that the heel was still exactly the same as when I arrived, as for the Gelish in both, hands and feet terrible, on the feet, the big toe feels lumpy, he did not remove cuticle in any of the 20 fingers, nor shaped the nails. I believe that nobody likes to be treated badly and much less when they are paying for a service that is also badly done. Debut and farewell, the worst place of nails and pedicure in San Nicolás de los Garza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente tenía mala experiencia de este lugar por un tratamiento de pestañas que me hice hace casi un año del cual me atendieron muy mal las chicas que trabajaban ahi y no me duró nada, pero hace tres semanas volví para otro servicio, creo que cambiaron de gente y ahora es un lugar súper agradable para visitar, excelente trato y servicios lo recomiendo demasiado, salí muy feliz de ahi^^
