★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendieron un servicio de emergencia que se solicitó, en esa parte buena atención.
Hubo un problema con el servicio que se realizó y volvieron, sin embargo el técnico cero amable y nunca nos explicó el porque de la falla, solo dijo que el personal no sabia usar la maquina y que no se tenía que usar tanto.
El pago que se realizó no lo facturaron completo, seguimos esperando desde marzo la factura que falta.
They attended an emergency service that was requested, in that part good attention.
There was a problem with the service that was carried out and they returned, however the technician was very friendly and never explained the reason for the failure, he only said that the staff did not know how to use the machine and that it should not be used as much.
The payment that was made was not fully invoiced, we have been waiting since March for the missing invoice.
