★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si bien tienen precios no tan elevados como en otros lugares tengo 2 puntos en contra de esta empresa, la vendedora que me atendía (ahora ya no soy cliente), siempre fue atenta y servicial sin embargo el gerente de Vértiz es un grosero, prepotente, tuve algunos roces con este señor y no volví jamás. Segundo, el servicio de mantenimiento es muy caro, por cambiar un switch de una máquina de hielos me cobraron $1000, yo tuve que llevar la máquina al servicio y tardaron más de una semana en repararla, además en varios aparatos ellos son los únicos que tienen las piezas así que investiguen bien antes de comprar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una mala tienda en general, les recomiendo no comprar una cafetera Jura nunca, te la venden como una maravilla, justo al año se descompuso, solo hizo una fraccion de los cafés que supuestamente podría hacer, la reparación fue muy cara y me queda la duda si en verdad le cambiaron todo lo que supuestamente se descompuso, ya que los puedo comparar con un mal taller mecánico, te dan 48 horas para pagar de lo contrario te cobran revisión, más almacenaje, más no se cuantas cosas más, me imagino por eso tienen muchas maquinas de segunda mano que la gente ya no recoge por sus horribles políticas como empresa y los vendedores en lugar de apoyarte a comprar algo que se adecue a tus necesidades solo te venden por vender
