No resuelve tus dudas , no tiene actitud de servicio además de que se le olvidan los datos para facturación aún cuando se los hayas dado.
Sinceramente deberían mejorar el servicio podrían vender más con alguien que esté capacitado en atención a clientes

Y dijeron que me la entregaban el sábado y no llegaron y no me hablaron para informarme, según tuvieron un problema y yo tuve que hablar y me dijeron que me la enviaban ayer lunes, y otra vez no fueron, y tuve que hablar otra vez, y que creen, tuvieron otro problema y tampoco llegaron. Que mal servicio, hasta ya me dieron ganas de cancelar la compra.
