Pésimo servicio. La Srita. en cargada de esta area en la sucursal de Guadalajara ( Monica Gonzalez) es una persona muy despota y quien cree que esta bien levantarle la voz a los clientes e insultarlos. Y su personal tecnico no esta bien capacitado llegan a instalar sin la herramienta que necesitan y dejan las cosas nada mas para que funcionen bien en lo que ellos estan ahi. Si estan buscando donde comprar cafeteras o articulos para cafeterias definitivamente este NO es el lugar donde quieren hacer esto ya que se van a terminar arrepintiendo. en general este tipo de articulos representan una FUERTE INVERSION y el personal NO te va a ayudar con tus necesidades de servicio tecnicas. Su respuesta ante una Gaggia Ruby Pro que se compró con ellos hace apenas un año y presenta una falla en el encendido fue que "busque a un técnico" por fuera, porque no tienen. Los muebles llegaron con las patas dobladas y los entrepaños se caen. La entrega la hacen en el local, pero nadie descarga, lo tienes que hacer tu, pero no te avisan para que estés preparado. Todavía no nos entregan los equipos completos y dicen que posiblemente se tarden un par de semanas más, pero no hay seguridad. Te ofrecen capacitación, pero no hay quien la otorgue. En fin, prometen mucho y cumplen poco. No es una empresa seria para hacer negocios. Lousy attention, lousy quality of furniture, lousy follow-up. They are good to sell, but not more.
