Son unos expertos en el tema, conocen todas las variedades que hay en materiales y saben exactamente qué ofrecerte de acuerdo a tus necesidades. Así sea para protección y seguridad, para control solar o meramente para decoración seguro que son la mejor opción y, además de todo, con excelente calidad. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La encargada no tiene idea de lo que es servicio al cliente, además de que azotó la puerta de mi auto, le dije que si el empañador del medallón se dañaba al quitar el polarizado viejo que no lo polarizara pero no, no me escuchó y lo polarizó, total le dije que lo retirara, se lo quitaron pero dejaron el medallón sucio sin quitar el pegamento con el cual habían pegado la mica. No se los recomiendo, no están calificados para un servicio confiable de que vayan a hacer un buen trabajo.

La atención del técnico muy buena pero definitivamente no volveré a contratarlos.
Terrible service, they arrived 3 hours and a half late and they broke a glass, I told them how upset I was and they gave me a discount of $100 pesos (it seems like a joke)
The attention of the technician is very good but I will definitely not hire them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would. definitely not use these people because they don't back up their work and make excuse after excuse. I had paid half before they came with a credit card thru Mercado Pago....after the job was finished I tried a few times to pay and Mercado Pago would not take the money that my credit card sent them so I agreed to go to OXXO and make a payment and didn't want to pay in full because by this time my wife noticed a bubble in the one window we had done. I actually suggested that they could collect the money when they came to fix the bubble but he said he needed pay his people. The person I was dealing with begged me to pay the total and promised that they would come out on Wednesday of the following week..so foolishly I did and come Wednesday they didn't show and the excuse was that they had car trouble....so they were supposed to come the following Wednesday and when that didn't happen I contacted them and now they wanted a picture before they came out and said it was expensive to drive to Tulum. I gave up because they lied about coming and then they made me feel as if they were calling me a liar by asking for a picture. I will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone else.
