★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien nos orientaron bien en los diferentes colchones, también muy buen precio y atención, la entrega no me la cobraron a pesar de que fue a 30 km fuera de Morelia, los muchachos muy atentos con mucho cuidado para no maltratar ni base ni colchón. Recomendable y me regalaron un cubrecolchon.
Very well they guided us well in the different mattresses, also very good price and attention, the delivery did not charge me although it was 30 km outside of Morelia, the boys very attentive with great care not to mistreat neither base nor mattress. Recommended and they gave me a mattress cover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought 2 expensive mattresses and had them delivered. My fiancé and I were told by the salesperson we were getting the box springs with our mattresses. The delivery men informed us they did not have the box springs so we called the salesperson and he said he never told us we were getting the box springs and went on and on. Finally they agreed to refund us the money. Then they made us pay 500 pesos for the delivery of nothing and took over two hours to give us our receipt! If you want customer service who stands by their word, I suggest another place
