★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un colchón y salió defectuoso; en menos de un año me lo cambiaron dos veces; (el siguiente está en las mismas condiciones) se hundió de la parte central y no vuelve a su forma original (no soy una persona con sobrepeso); adicional el motor se descompuso.
Levanté una queja en la Procuraduría del Consumidor y argumentan que la dirección fiscal que tienen no es de ellos.
CUIDADO AL COMPRAR, LA GARANTÍA QUE OFRECEN ES UNA MENTIRA
I bought a mattress and it came out defective; in less than a year they changed it twice; (the following is in the same condition) it sank from the central part and does not return to its original shape (I am not an overweight person); additionally the engine broke down.
I filed a complaint with the Consumer Prosecutor's Office and they argue that the fiscal address they have is not theirs.
BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING, THE GUARANTEE THEY OFFER IS A LIE

Al inicio creí que no tomaría su forma completa por venir enrollado pero después de una semana tomó su forma. Lo mejor que he visto para dolor de espalda. Ahora estoy por comprar un segundo con base.
I tried several mattress options and was really disappointed. However, upon purchasing this one, I was surprised. At first I thought it would not take its full shape because it came rolled up but after a week it took its shape. The best I have seen for back pain. Now I am about to buy a second one with base.
