★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui y me atendieron relativamente bien, hice la compra de un colchón con base y la promoción de 2 almohadas. Días después me entregaron, como lo mencionan en la tienda, a nivel de camión; en la tienda te dicen que si la entrega es en algún piso, solamente con una propina a los repartidores se puede subir, cosa que no es cierto ya que el repartidor me preguntó de cuánto era la propina y al parecer no le fue suficiente lo que le iba a dar (100 pesos) y decidió no subirla junto con su compañero. Menciono esto para que lo consideren quienes compren y vivan en algún piso, en mi caso es un tercer piso y pareciera que tienen "tarifa" en las propinas para subir los artículos. Además de esto, una de las 2 almohadas llegó rota y no la acepté. Fue un caos está situación porque yo me tuve que ponerme en contacto constatemente, ya que nunca recibí llamadas por el inconveniente.
A los dos días me dicen que puedo pasar a la tienda por la almohada, al llegar me percaté de que no era la misma almohada, lo impresionante fue el cinismo de ambos empleados asegurando que era exactamente la misma almohada solo que "cambiaba la presentación".
Me la llevé para tomarle foto a ambas y hacerles entender que definitivamente no eran ni remotamente parecidas (fotos agregadas a la reseña, ni el tamaño ni el peso eran igual). Al mandarle las evidencias la señora Verónica me dijo que trataría de conseguirme la almohada pero no sabía cuándo la tendría... por obvias razones preferí mejor solicitar el reembolso de las almohadas.

Days later they delivered me, as they mention in the store, at truck level; in the store they tell you that if the delivery is on a floor, you can only go up with a tip to the delivery men, which is not true since the delivery man asked me how much the tip was and apparently it was not enough I was going to give him (100 pesos) and he decided not to upload it together with his partner. I mention this so that those who buy and live on a floor consider it, in my case it is a third floor and it seems that they have a "fee" on tips to upload items. In addition to this, one of the 2 pillows arrived broken and I did not accept it. This situation was chaotic because I had to constantly get in touch, since I never received calls due to the inconvenience.
Two days later they tell me that I can go to the store for the pillow, when I arrived I realized that it was not the same pillow, the impressive thing was the cynicism of both employees assuring that it was exactly the same pillow only that "the presentation changed" .
I took it to take a photo of both of them and make them understand that they were definitely not even remotely similar (photos added to the review, neither the size nor the weight were the same). When I sent her the evidence, Mrs. Veronica told me that she would try to get me the pillow but she didn't know when she would have it... for obvious reasons I preferred to request reimbursement for the pillows.
