★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. Compre un colchón y a menos de un año de haberlo comprado se deformo el colchón. Quise hacer válida la garantía y me dijeron que en más tardar 2 meses me contactaban. Ya van más de 2 meses y aun no se ponen en contacto conmigo. Ya mejor voy a comprar un colchón nuevo en otro lado. No se los recomiendo tienen un buen servicio al cliente cuando compras y ya que querés hacer válida tu garantía ni te toman en cuenta.
Very bad experience. I bought a mattress and less than a year after buying it, the mattress deformed. I wanted to make the guarantee valid and they told me that they would contact me within 2 months. It's been more than 2 months and they still haven't contacted me. I better go buy a new mattress elsewhere. I do not recommend them, they have good customer service when you buy and since you want to make your guarantee valid, they do not take you into account.
