★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una increíble tienda te atienden súper bien y encuentras muchas opciones para el descanso, me encanto saber que los colchones ahora también van de la mano con la tecnología y me sorprendió que al comprar mi colchón venia empacado en una caja de un tamaño muy inferior al que cualquiera se hubiese imaginado.
It is an incredible store, they serve you super well and you find many options for rest, I was delighted to know that mattresses now also go hand in hand with technology and I was surprised that when I bought my mattress it was packed in a box much smaller than that anyone would have imagined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había calificado con 5 estrellas pero ya no aguanto. Después de 1 año 2 meses este colchón ha hecho que cada noche sea un dolor de espalda. Creí que era yo (pues una vez les marqué y me comentaron que era normal "en lo que mi espalda se acostumbra al nuevo colchón") pero mi pareja tiene los mismos dolores de espalda. Anoche "dormí" dos horas. Mi pareja duerme mejor en el sofá. ¿Será que tuve mala suerte con un colchón defectuoso? Si este fuera el caso, ¿qué podría hacer? Gracias.
Ojo por favor no malinterpretar, el servicio del personal siempre fue bueno en gral.

I had rated it 5 stars but I can't stand it anymore. After 1 year 2 months this mattress has made every night a backache. I thought it was me (because I called them once and they told me it was normal "as my back gets used to the new mattress") but my partner has the same back pain. Last night I "slept" two hours. My partner sleeps better on the sofa. Could it be that I was unlucky with a defective mattress? If this were the case, what could you do? Thank you.
Eye please do not misunderstand, the service of the staff was always good in general.
