Pero desde del 11 de Noviembre pedí un colchón con cierta promoción, y no me la respetaron, me hicieron 3 veces el cargo de mi producto (Me reembolsaron 2), El producto me dijeron que me lo tenían el próximo sábado después de la compra y nada....
Después me dijeron que al próximo sábado y sucedió lo mismo, después me dijeron que a principios de enero y lo mismo, después que el 14 de Enero y lo mismo después que hasta el 28 de Enero y lo mismo.....
Hoy 31 de Enero me dicen que siguen teniendo problemas con su proveedor y que hasta el 26 de Febrero.... Creo que ya fue mucho de quererme ver la cara (que así lo estoy sintiendo).
Por mejor que sea una marca de colchones, no vale la pena el estarme desgastando tanto en estarles Hablando porque ni buenos son para avisarme en todo ese tiempo.
Como servicio me dan mucha lastima.
