★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención a cliente, no entregan en las fechas que acuerdan cuando lo compramos el 7 de septiembre y su nueva fecha de entrega es el 15 de diciembre y lo peor es que si uno no marca no le avisan de que no le van a entregar.
Lo peor es que borran las reseñas así que cuidado sus reseñas están inventadas.
Terrible customer service, they do not deliver on the dates agreed when we bought it on September 7 and their new delivery date is December 15 and the worst thing is that if one does not dial they do not notify you that they will not deliver.
The worst thing is that they delete the reviews so be careful their reviews are made up.

Nos llego un correo de que el colchón llegaba ese día y paso el horario en el que según nos iban a entregar y sorpresa su pedido viene retrasando unos meses. Los gerentes jamás te toman la llamada... lamentable
Terrible service they give you a delivery date and they deliver 4 months later and they don't even let you know you have to be calling them. We received an email that the mattress arrived that day and the time was passed in which they were going to deliver us and surprise your order has been delaying a few months. Managers never take your call ... sorry
