Falta les hace darle una leidita al Código Civil y Ley del Notariado. Te quieren obligar a firmar escrituras con la Notaria 215 cuyo Notario está acusado de lavado de dinero, y si comparas precios con otras Notarías se molestan y cancelan la operación, la razón es obvia, en esa Notaría están coludidos con los abogados para cobrar más de $15,000 o $20,000 pesos adicionales a la cotización de compraventa. Limosneros y con garrote.
Hay mejores agencias inmobiliarias con mejores inmuebles, no pierdan tiempo y energía.

Desconozco qué cliente sea, ya que no está en nuestra base de datos y nunca fue atendido en esta oficina; por lo que leo creo que es enviado por dos chicas que querían comprar un departamento de. $ 3,150,000 en $ 2,700,000.00 en la colonia Acacias, cosa que evidentemente no era posible, después no honraron su palabra y jamás mostraron seriedad, cosa que es indispensable en este negocio, de hecho la propiedad se vendió en el precio correcto con una cliente que cumplió con todos los requerimientos legales.
Nunca obligamos a nadie a acudir a alguna notaría, es claro que cada uno tiene aranceles diferentes, por eso el comprador está en la libertad de escoger con quién acudir.
Los profesionales inmobiliarios de esta oficina están certificados por el ITAM... y nos apegamos a todas las legislaciones locales y federales.
