★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hesitant to try them due to poor reviews here, but I gave them an opportunity due to them being affiliated with Coldwell bank. First, the agent seemed professional and seemed to know what she was talking about. Communicated well. After the agent, went to go see the house she stopped communicating. The Agent couldn’t even do a comparison market analysis and couldn’t come up with an estimate of how much the house is valued for. Kept asking her if everything was fine and wouldn’t respond to my messages and would go around the bush saying yes everything is fine. Finally, after asking her one more time how things were going if she could sale the house or not, she said her broker said it would be hard to market the house due to the high end clientele they get. Please, I know you guys don’t sale mansions in Mexico. Sad that they can even do a comparison market analysis on a home let alone list the home. Very disappointed, we will sale the house on our own and save the commission. Waste of time. Valen maíz.
