★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buscando un comedor fuimos a la tienda donde tienen lo exibido.. y nos gusto la calidad .. lo mandamos a fabricar y empezo el problema..tardo mas de 20 dias despues de la fecha de entrega acordada.. empeze a llamarles y molestos dijeron que si no lo queria no habia problema despues de 1.5 mes de espera...y sorpresa cuando llego el comedor fabricado totalmente diferente al exibido con materiales de los mas corrientes que hay.. comedor y sillas que calan al sentarte forradas con tela como de papel... y para cerrar el disgusto..al mes de uso empezo a despegarse todo el comedor.. mando fotos.. pesimo..!! No compren aqui.. son una porqueria de fabricantes!!! Tengan cuidado los muebles exibidos no son la misma calidad con los que se fabrican !! Engañan a los clientes..

I send photos ... pessimistic ... !! Do not buy here ... they are crap from manufacturers !!! Be careful the exhibited furniture is not the same quality with which it is manufactured !! They cheat customers ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compre una sala y un comedor y quedaron en entregármela en 15 días, ya pasaron 3 meses y no me dan respuesta, marco y me mandan a buzón directo, cero recomendable, no les compren.

Compre una sala, quedaron en entregármela entre una y dos semanas. Después que pasaron las dos semanas, marqué a sus números repetidamente, nunca me contestaron, después de un mes de intentos fallidos acudi nuevamente a la sucursal y me dijeron que no estaba mi sala, ya que como yo nunca me había mostrado interesada la habían vendido, prometieron remediar el daño mandándola a hacer de nuevo y entregándomela en una semana, cosa que tampoco volvió a pasar, paso nuevamente una semana y al no darme solución quedaron en regalarme el flete. Pasaron dos meses y dándome largas me la entregaron sin querer admitir que me regalarían el flete.
La peor experiencia de compra. No cumplen su palabra y les importa un bledo el cliente.

La persona de "atencion a clientes" no le interesa en absoluto el cliente, no contesta el telefono, deja los whatsapp en visto y cuando por fin entraban mis llamadas y contestaba me decia que en un momento me regresaba la llamada en lo que investigaba mi pedido, pero jamas me marcaba y si yo volvia a insistir desconectaba los telefonos. No vale la pena.
They don't meet deadlines, you have to be chasing them. The "customer service" person is not interested in the customer at all, he does not answer the phone, he leaves the whatsapp in sight and when my calls finally came in and he answered, he told me that at one point he would return my call while he was investigating my asked, but he never dialed me and if I insisted again he disconnected the phones. Not worth it.
