I have not gone to any appointment because I have not received an answer to my questions, I was calling during the week and a girl who answered me only told me "check later, there are other parents in an interview" since I asked about the SEP AGREEMENT FOR SECONDARY THE ATTENTION CHANGED DRASTICALLY, I have sent emails for reports on the way of working, workshops, transportation to doubts that I have and I have not received an answer, my sister was given an appointment, and she was very delighted by the school and facilities, but she also stayed with some doubts, as soon as she also asked about the sep agreement, they have no longer responded. I think that as parents all the doubts that we have are important and mainly about the sep agreements, at least personally, apart from facilities or educational form, I am interested in the school having sep agreement and validity in the studies, and if not. At least they give you an estimate, but not that they change their attitude and do not answer anything.

From what I see, I am not the only person who is not being cared for. I have been with a request for several weeks and they have not even been able to give me an answer, today is the day that they do not even answer the phone. As it is possible that children are supposed to start classes shortly and I do not even know if the classes will be face-to-face or virtual, I do not know anything about materials, or which room they are in, anyway ... at the moment my experience in this "school" has been terrible

The school is very large, with preschool, primary and secondary school. With filter for review and separate accesses between each of them. The staff are very attentive and always answer all my questions. Accessible for the needs of each family.

Terrible address. At first, it seems quality, but when there really is a problem, they never solve anything. Everything seemed fine, until I started to go earlier for my daughter, I stopped resorting to the extended hours, and I became aware of the mistreatment by Miss Pam in the classroom. I had a terrible experience, she is extremely rude, both with the children and with parents, she even yelled at me inside the school when I wanted to report situations that were presented in the classroom, and Miss Karla (Academic Director) never did nothing, despite the fact that several parents chose to take our little ones to another institution. The environment within the classroom is very bad, at least with Miss Pam, she herself incited bullying in her space and they justified her because she is a psychologist.

The best decision. I went back to school after trying a traditional and obsolete method in another high school, for two years I did not see my son so happy and interested in learning, they treat him with respect and are consistent. Top-tier teachers and management in general have good focus. I'm a single mom and I work all day and at least from my elementary school experience, the system is designed for people with similar needs to mine and now I only have quality time with it.

I participated as a musician and speaker in a didactic concert for the school's cultural week, my classmates and I were very well received, the warmth and friendliness of the teachers and students made the presentation a very pleasant experience, I am very pleased that the Dutch school cares about cultivating its students.
