M	Marcela Rincon Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO LO RECOMIENDO ,piénsalo 2 veces. en vez de solucionar problemas con los que ya son sus alumnos les vale y su justificación es " si te vaz tu llega otro así que su negocio sigue creciendo es por eso que no se preocupan por sus alumnos porque siempre van a tener otro que se tienen q acostumbrar a sus malos tratos. en esta contingencia los directivos no dan la cara, no hablan con nosotros. solo queremos dialogar y una respuesta de ellos pero no obtenemos ninguna respuesta. que triste que piensen asi, en vez de tener clientes felices que recomienden su colegio ahora tienen puros padres molestos. Necesitamos apoyo para el descuento en las colegiaturas en los meses de la contingencia. Que malo que dejen toda la responsabilidad al aire. e	evelyn amaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta contingencia desgraciadamente el colegio Real de Santiago de Qro no a prestado ninguna prueba de empatia a los padres, quienes en su intento de acercarse a algún representante legal no hemos tenido respuesta y sólo contestan las secretarías y dicen que no tienen ninguna indicación de algún descuento y que msrquen más tarde o después, así llevamos dos meses y NINGUNA respuesta por parte del dueño o algún representante legal para llegar a un acuerdo. Es evidente que está pandemia nos está afectando a todo el sector y los padres NO estamos negados a pagar, sólo queremos exponer nuestra situación para que nos apoyen con un descuento y poder cubrir colegiaturas. Están mandando muchas actividades a los alumnos como si fueran clases normales pero es muy complicado poder tener la función de maestros teniendo como padres otras responsabilidades. NECESITAMOS QUE LA ESCUELA TENGA UN POCO DE EMPATIA Y QUE DE LA CARA PARA QUE LOS PADRES PUEDAN LLEGAR A UN ACUERDO CON LA ESCUELA. REITERO NO ESTAMOS NEGADOS A PAGAR SÓLO QUEREMOS APOYO POR PARTE DE LS ESCUELA PARÁ PODER CUBRIR UNS COLEGIATURA QUE PUEDA ESTAR AL ALCANCE DE NUESTROS ACTUALES, YA QUE A MUCHOS NOS REDUJERON SUELDO O CORRIERON. D	D H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala calidad no solo en estos tiempos de contingencia, no en todos los grados. Preescolar me pareció excelente (La dirección de preescolar muy prepotente). En primaria no hacen caso en caso de bullyng; (Hasta que mi niño se defendió dejo el otro niño de molestarlo, mi otro niño también sufre bullyng, se defiende y en dirección el es el culpable). Hay buenas maestras pero es minoría. En contingencia la maestra de segundo de primaria solo mandaba vídeos de YouTube, hasta clases de otras maestras. Le hice un comentario que hiciera video de clases como la miss de Inglés y solo se limitó a borrar mi comentario. Y misteriosamente fue la materia con la calificación más baja que obtuvo. Los dueños e hijos solo ven el negocio y no una verdadera formación Poor quality not only in these contingency times, not in all grades. Preschool seemed excellent to me (The preschool direction very arrogant). In primary they ignore in case of bullyng; (Until my child defended himself, the other child stopped bothering him, my other child also suffered bullyng, he defended himself and in the direction he was the culprit). There are good teachers but it is a minority. In contingency the second grade teacher only sent YouTube videos, even classes from other teachers. I made a comment to him that he made a video of classes like the English miss and he only deleted my comment. And it was mysteriously the lowest rated subject he ever got. The owners and children only see the business and not a true formation

La escuela no ha dado ningún aviso sobre alguna modalidad para continuar con clases, ningún aviso de solidaridad, no ha dicho nada, mas sin embargo exige el pago de las colegiaturas en su totalidad y de manera puntual. We are in a complicated situation where communication is vital and I note with regret that this does not happen. The school has not given any notice about any modality to continue with classes, no solidarity notice, has not said anything, but nevertheless requires the payment of tuition in full and on time.

Hasta que fui y dije que no me movía de ahí si no me daba una cita. Finalmente me la dió y no se hicieron responsables. Permiten el bullying y no hacen nada. Ahora con la contingencia del Covid 19 no apoyan a los padres de familia. Ni siquiera dan la cara. No hay clases en línea. Solo les dejan tarea a través de Classroom. Pésimo Colegio. My daughter was hurt by a colleague in physical education, I made an appointment 3 times with the principal and they denied me. Until I went and said I wouldn't move from there if I didn't get an appointment. Finally he gave it to me and they were not responsible. They allow bullying and do nothing. Now with the Covid 19 contingency they do not support parents. They don't even show their faces. There are no online classes. They only leave homework through Classroom. Terrible College.

Durante la contingencia del COVID-19 no dieron clases virtuales como todo Colegio, pero sí cobraron y anunciaron costo de preinscripciones. Me gustaría que el Arquitecto y la Directora me recibieran para una entrevista... Actualmente no hay nadie en el Colegio... URGE MEJORAR!!! High charges, poor service. They have lost valuable teachers. Very poor and poor attention from the Primary Director and the owners. During the COVID-19 contingency they did not give virtual classes like all schools, but they did charge and announce the cost of pre-registration. I would like the Architect and the Director to receive me for an interview ... Currently there is no one at the College ... URGE TO IMPROVE !!!

Si tienes algún pendiente, no te atienden, te dan largas para darte solución de tal forma de aburrirte. En verdad piénsalo muchísimo si es una opción para la "educación" de tu hijo, porque aunque es de los colegios más "económicos" así de pobre es el servicio que recibirás. This school has been in decline, the only thing that interests them is money, it does not have an organizational structure or adequate communication channels.
