★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los certificados de bachillerato dan una fecha aproximada de 4 meses y no los entregan hasta después de un año a pesar de que piden tus pagos antes de terminar las clases, y el personal para nada está capacitado para brindarte ninguna solución y tienes que estar llamando y rogando para que te contesten y todavía se esconden. Sin contar que mis papeles originales no me los han querido entregar.
Lousy service, high school certificates give an approximate date of 4 months and do not deliver them until after one year even though they ask for your payments before finishing classes, and the staff is not at all qualified to provide you with any solution and you have to be calling and begging to be answered and still hiding. Not to mention that my original papers have not wanted to deliver them to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mí sí me entregaron mi certificado, se tardaron en dármelo aproximadamente 4 meses, el problema que tuve fue que se equivocaron en una letra de mi CURP y tuve que pedir una corrección, aún no me lo entregan llevo esperando más de 2 meses. En cuestión de atención, antes de pagar la totalidad de tu certificado son muy atentos y amables , ya cuando terminas de pagar se portan algo groseros, tardan mucho en contestar llamadas y mensajes y no te dan soluciones rápidas, por eso les doy 4 estrellas. No he podido verificar si el certificado es válido en universidades por el error de mi CURP, así que no sabria decir si son aceptables o no.
They did give me my certificate, it took about 4 months to give it to me, the problem I had was that they made a mistake in a letter of my CURP and I had to request a correction, they still haven't delivered it to me, I have been waiting for more than 2 months. In a matter of attention, before paying the entirety of your certificate they are very attentive and friendly, and when you finish paying they behave somewhat rude, they take a long time to answer calls and messages and they do not give you quick solutions, that is why I give them 4 stars. I have not been able to verify if the certificate is valid in universities due to the error of my CURP, so I would not know if they are acceptable or not.
