★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de servicio al cliente, considere la escuela como posible centro de educación para mi hijo pero la atención que dan es pésima, es atendible que por la situación que contingencia no brinden informes directamente en la escuela, pero deben de proporcionarnos como posibles prospecto una alternativa de información, llevo mas de 2 semanas solicitando informes y lo único que saben decir es que: El Ing no esta y que tomaran tus datos, llevo + de 10 llamadas y esta persona no tiene la cordialidad ni profesionalismo de atender a un posible cliente.
Terrible customer service attention, consider the school as a possible education center for my son but the attention they give is appalling, it is understandable that due to the contingency situation they do not provide reports directly at the school, but they must provide us as possible prospects with a Information alternative, I have been requesting reports for more than 2 weeks and the only thing they know how to say is that: The Ing is not here and that they will take your data, I have more than 10 calls and this person does not have the cordiality or professionalism to attend to a possible client .
