★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, sin embargo, es como dormir en casa de tu mamá. Son demasiado extrictos con las reglas. No sé puede poner un pie en el lugar con un cigarro en mano, no dentro, desde el jardín, desde que cruzas la puerta y bajas del auto, debes apagarlo.
Nos cobraron una tarifa extra para que alguien abriera la puerta por llegar después de la 1 am. Con el estacionamiento también fueron estrictos, había que acomodar el auto exactamente dónde nos indicaron.
El lugar es hermoso y las habitaciones cómodas, pero lejos de sentirnos cómodos, fue estresante tantas reglas.
 The care is good, however, it is like sleeping at your mother's house. They are too strict with the rules. I don't know how you can put your foot in the place with a cigarette in hand, not inside, from the garden, from the moment you walk through the door and get out of the car, you must turn it off.
They charged us an extra fee to have someone open the door for arriving after 1am. With parking they were also strict, we had to accommodate the car exactly where they indicated.
The place is beautiful and the rooms comfortable, but far from feeling comfortable, so many rules were stressful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel que he visitado en 2 ocasiones, muy lindo, limpio y espacioso. Puedes estacionar tu auto y caminar libremente por Tepoztlán, lo cual es muy conveniente ya que Tepoztlán es particularmente difícil para manejar ( calles estrechas, empedradas, generalmente con acceso limitado, pendientes muy pronunciadas). La vista desde la terraza es linda y es un lugar tranquilo. Sólo que tiene horarios un poco restringidos para regresar y tienes que informar si llegarás despues, aunque entiendes que es por tu propia seguridad.
It is a hotel that I have visited twice, very nice, clean and spacious. You can park your car and walk freely through Tepoztlán, which is very convenient since Tepoztlán is particularly difficult to drive (narrow, cobbled streets, generally with limited access, very steep slopes). The view from the terrace is beautiful and it is a quiet place. Only it has slightly restricted schedules to return and you have to inform if you will arrive later, although you understand that it is for your own safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuestra estancia ha sido muuuuy agradable. Jorge, el anfitrión, es increíblemente atento y servicial y las instalaciones están acogedoras, limpias y en buen estado. El hotel es 100% libre de humo y sólo para adultos lo que dio un valor agregado para mi novio y yo. Sin duda volveremos.
Our stay has been sooooo nice. Jorge, the host, is incredibly attentive and helpful and the facilities are cozy, clean and in good repair. The hotel is 100% smoke free and only for adults which added value for my boyfriend and me. We will definitely be back.
