La atención malísima, no respetan las reservas, te cambian la habitación como se les da la gana, indicaron una tarifa y al llegar la aumentaron, el dueño super arrogante. Después de una semana me cobraron un cargo que por ingreso de mascota que no aclararon desde el inicio, a condición de enviar la factura. Pongo una estrella porque no permite poner cero. The dirtiest place I have ever stayed, under the bed there was rodent feces. The lousy attention, they don't respect reservations, they change the room as they please, they indicated a rate and when they arrived they increased it, the super arrogant owner. After a week they charged me a fee for pet admission that they did not clarify from the beginning, on condition of sending the invoice. I put a star because it does not allow to put zero.

E	Edgar Montes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserve 2 noches en Booking y cuando llego estaba cancelada, entiendo que llegamos como a las 16 hrs. ya que a la salida de la CDMX había mucho tráfico, me dice la encargada que les acababa de llegar la cancelación pero, traía el número de confirmación de la aplicación y se la mostré aún así no respetaron la reserva, MAL!! I booked 2 nights on Booking and when I arrived it was cancelled, I understand that we arrived around 4:00 p.m. since at the exit of the CDMX there was a lot of traffic, the manager tells me that the cancellation had just arrived but, I brought the confirmation number of the application and I showed it to them, even so they did not respect the reservation, BAD!!
E	Eduardo Alvarez Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un excelente lugar para pasar el fin de semana con tu familia, la atención súper bien por parte de la Señora, (no recuerdo su nombre jiji), lo único malo es que el espacio para estacionar los carros es muy pequeño, pero de ahí en fuera todo excelente! An excellent place to spend the weekend with your family, the attention was super good from the Lady, (I don't remember her name hehe), the only bad thing is that the space to park the cars is very small, but from then on everything was excellent!

La vista es bonita pero también existe bastante ruido por las noches por lo que se dificulta un poco el descanso. It is a good place to stay but how much with the basics since the bathrooms are separated from the rooms and it tends to become a bit uncomfortable, it is located on a different floor. The view is beautiful but there is also a lot of noise at night, which makes it difficult to rest.

Algo que nos agrado mucho fue los espacios para descansar y disfrutar de los atardeceres. Lo único es que el uso del jacuzzi tiene un costo extra y no es mencionado al reservar. The place is cute. They have good care and are friendly. The rooms are simple but cute. Something that we really liked was the spaces to rest and enjoy the sunsets. The only thing is that the use of the jacuzzi has an extra cost and is not mentioned when booking.

Además, la señal de WiFi no llegaba muy bien. La ubicación me pareció buena, ya que está a 10 minutos del centro, caminando. Beautiful view. The service was friendly and attentive at all times. The room we booked had neither air conditioning nor television. Also, the WiFi signal was not very good. The location seemed good to me, since it is 10 minutes from the center, walking.
