My daughter was born there and all the medical staff were very attentive, the rooms were very relaxing and clean with all the necessary services of a category hospital.
A	Alida Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi familia y yo estamos muy desilusionados de este centro médico debido a que solamente un Doctor fue el que tomó todas las decisiones en el caso de nuestro familiar. En primer lugar el personal no está capacitado para el uso adecuado de los aparatos respiratorios. Por otra parte, cada vez qué se le comentaba algo al Dr. que no nos gustaba, lo que el hacia era confrontar al grupo de enfermeros/as enfrente del paciente y nosotros los familiares, lo cual no fue nada profesional de parte del Dr. y esto causó que algunos enfermeros/ras lo tomaron en contra de nosotros y el trato recibido ya no fue el mismo. Esto es solamente algunas de las cosas que no nos gustaron. El Dr. que estuvo a cargo de nuestro familiar es el Dr. José Conrrado Arechiga Ramírez. My family and I are very disappointed in this medical center because only one Doctor was the one who made all the decisions in the case of our family member. In the first place, personnel are not trained for the proper use of respiratory devices. On the other hand, every time what was said to Dr. that we did not like, what he did was to confront the group of nurses in front of the patient and us family members, which was nothing professional on the part of Dr. and this caused some nurses to take it against us and the treatment received was no longer the same. This is just some of the things we didn't like. The Dr. who was in charge of our family member is Dr. José Conrrado Arechiga Ramírez.
J	Jacob Torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio te tratan peor que un animal, te dejan afuera ala interperie. Para cualquier estudio se tardan 2 horas y te cambian los precios son unos ratero. Terrible service, they treat you worse than an animal, they leave you out in the open. For any study it takes 2 hours and they change the prices they are a thief.

El personal no está capacitado o adecuado en cada área (sobretodo en recepción y administrativos) , el servicio que nos ofrecieron fue pésimo. Hago un llamado a los responsables de esta centro hospitalario, dejan mucho que desear. Al menos mi familia quedó muy decepcionada para volver acudir. Espero su Empatia, Ética y respeto al tratar un paciente, pagamos por un mejor servicio y al parecer nos resultó la peor decisión. Por bien, trabajen mucho en ello. One of the worst experiences that I and my family have lived. The staff is not trained or adequate in each area (especially in reception and administration), the service they offered us was terrible. I make a call to those responsible for this hospital center, they leave much to be desired. At least my family was very disappointed to go back. I expect your Empathy, Ethics and respect when treating a patient, we paid for a better service and apparently it was the worst decision for us. For good, work hard on it.
m	mark simpson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a paragliding accident and broke my Tibia. I had my x-rays done within the hour and had surgery done 5 hours later. Dr. Fernandez was excellent along with the entire staff. I recommend this hospital highly.
