★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El diseño de la 4ta sección es muy bueno, aprovecharon la barranca y al hacerlo quedó el acceso a la mitad de los edificios. También, es importante destacar que algunos tienen entrada de luz al área de escaleras pero otros no. En la azotea hay lavaderos (para lavar a mano).
El lugar es sumamente espacioso, tanto en estacionamiento, áreas verdes y cuenta con una "pista" para correr o trotar o simplemente deambular y disfrutar del paisaje; está la planta baja.
El fraccionamiento cuenta con dos albercas ubicadas en las orillas, ambas albercas cuentan con un espacio para infantes y la máxima profundidad es 1.50, también tiene una palapa general, asadores (3) y algunas mesas para 4 personas así como áreas verdes.
No hay OXXO's o 7Eleven cercanos, pero sí encontrará una gran variedad de "tienditas" a buenos precios (no hay pago con tarjeta); en la torre 4 hay un departamento que funciona como tienda y está muy bien surtido, también venden snacks.
Cuenta con reja de acceso vehicular y peatonal, así como vigilancia. Lo cual brinda un espacio de seguridad y tranquilidad.
El ambiente general es excelente, sumamente familiar y amistoso.
También es pet-friendly salvó que no pueden estar los perros en el área de alberca.
Desconozco si es el caso de todos los departamentos, pero el que conozco tiene dos habitaciones, un baño completo, cocina, boiler y espacio de sala comedor.
Ampliamente lo recomiendo si lo que busca es tranquilidad y un lugar donde pueda disfrutar con su familia.

It has a gate for vehicular and pedestrian access, as well as surveillance. Which provides a space of security and tranquility.
The general atmosphere is excellent, extremely familiar and friendly.
It is also pet-friendly saved that dogs cannot be in the pool area.
I don't know if this is the case in all the apartments, but the one I know has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, a boiler and a dining room.
I highly recommend it if you are looking for tranquility and a place where you can enjoy with your family.
