★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Departamentos de reciente creación, muy bonitos y excelente ubicación, sin embargo la recomendación a los nuevos compradores es que tengan cuidado con la inmobiliaria (ARA) ya que hay promesas que a la fecha y a casi un año de la adquisición no han cumplido a las personas que acaban de adquirir su vivienda. Por mencionar algunos problemas existen muchos detalles con la compañía administradora que se niega a resolver y/o le da muchas vueltas a problemas simples. Por otra parte detalles en la construcción de las estructuras que la constructora no quiere resolver, tales como la solución de problemas del drenaje, la protección a los cimientos contra las lluvias, la remodelación del acceso principal, entre otros...

No les interesa la garantía, se deslindan de su mal trabajo! Se inunda el elevador, el estacionamiento, hay filtraciones en el techo. No hay seguridad! Recién los entregan y desaparecen. Te dejan sin luz y no les importa
