Varias habitaciones son con baño compartido, solo hay una cama y nada mas , vi al menos 3 clientes quejarse por que no es lo que esperaban (igual que yo) y quejándose por el cobro ya que al momento de pagar les hacían cargos extras o no respetaban lo publicado Si vas a pagar de 1000 a 1400 es mejor pagar un HOTEL. Las fotos que aparecen son engañosas No lo recomiendo (aqui solo veo que recomiendan al chef ) It is not a hotel, it is a fifi neighborhood. Several rooms have a shared bathroom, there is only one bed and nothing else, I saw at least 3 clients complaining that it is not what they expected (like me) and complaining about the charge since at the time of paying they were charged extra or not they respected what was published If you are going to pay from 1000 to 1400 it is better to pay a HOTEL. The photos that appear are misleading I do not recommend it (here I only see that they recommend the chef)

Es un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y muy confortable. La relación calidad-precio inmejorable, pasé unos días y me sentí como en familia! Agradecerle al Chef Franco y a Luz-Ma por la atención y todas las buenas sugerencias que me hicieron para visitar la ciudad! LO RECOMIENDO 100%!!!! I am impressed with the quality of the service, the careful attention of the employees, the quality of the breakfasts and the cleanliness. It is a very quiet place to rest and very comfortable. The unbeatable value for money, I spent a few days and I felt like family! I would like to thank Chef Franco and Luz-Ma for the attention and all the good suggestions they made for me to visit the city! I RECOMMEND IT 100% !!!! Pensé que sería un espacio lindo y cómodo pero las personas que estar a cargo de Colivers no responden con la verdad. Desde que llegué ya nos cortaron el agua DOS VECES en menos de 3 meses porque en Colivers no pagan por ende como coliver sos el único que paga las consecuencias. Pagas siempre a tiempo tu renta que va desde 7 mil a 9 mil pesos por una diminuta habitación y ellos se dan el lujo de no pagar por los servicios que TÚ pagas. La verdad que JAMÁS SE MUDEN con Colivers, son muchos los depas que tienen en los que hacen lo mismo One of the worst decisions I made when coming to CDMX. I thought it would be a nice and comfortable space but the people who are in charge of Colivers do not answer with the truth. Since I arrived they have already cut our water TWICE in less than 3 months because in Colivers they do not pay, therefore as colivers you are the only one who pays the consequences. You always pay your rent on time, which ranges from 7,000 to 9,000 pesos for a tiny room and they have the luxury of not paying for the services that YOU pay. The truth is that they NEVER MOVE with Colivers, there are many departments that they have in which they do the same
A	Amin Balanzar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar limpio. Necesitan mejorar el trato del personal de recepción. En la cocina sencillo pero muy rico y atentos. Hay que considerar que no todas las habitaciones tienen baño propio y se comparte. Llevo dos días pidiendo una plancha y no está disponible por qué comentan que solo tienen una para todo el hotel. No cuentan con TV. Deben de mejorar en explicar cómo es el concepto y los servicios que puede uno tener....!!! It is a clean place. They need to improve the treatment of reception staff. In the kitchen simple but very rich and attentive. Keep in mind that not all rooms have their own bathroom and are shared. I've been asking for an iron for two days and it's not available why they say they only have one for the whole hotel. They do not have a TV. They must improve in explaining what the concept and the services one can have .... !!!

d	diego contreras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked here only because the woman in reception told us that they would keep our luggage for four days as we were returning there with another reservation. The day of the check-in, there was another receptionist who told us they don't keep luggage. I asked for cancellation and total refund and we were given false information and the staff got REALLY AGGRESSIVE. I had to call 911 and they sent police officers to help us. The owner of this place told me on the phone that he WOULD BEAT ME UP AND GET ME OUT OF THE PROPERTY. With the help of the police, we could solve the situation and they had to write a document saying that they would refund the money. We really feared for our lives. Thanks god right now we are in a normal hotel.

I had to call the police as they refused to refund the money and were getting really agressive, mostly the owner. At the end, with the help of the police, they agreed to do the refund and the receptionist wrote a letter saying that they would make the total refund. A month later, BOOKING. COM TELLS US THAT PROPERTY DOES NOT WANT TO REFUND. We are issuing this again with the police and the ministry of tourism.

There was a terrible noise in the early morning of works.and we ask to move to another room and we responded negatively. Beside that The guy in the lobby was nice and Helped us with everything we needed....
