Lo único q me incomodó fue que hice reservación a través de internet u no se menciona q te cobraran impuestos . . . Pero bellísimo lugar A very quiet, clean and cozy place. As is natural. Llegamos y confundieron mi nombre se tardaron muchísimo en darnos la habitación En la noche se escuchaban muchísimos ruidos y no pudimos dormir bien , pedimos una cubeta con hielo y jamás nos la llevaron simplemente no hay personal qe te atienda, el baño no tiene cortina para regadera ni hay un teléfono en la habitación para comunicarse con recepción Al día siguiente en el temazcal tardaron 25 min más en pasarnos , ah pero la habitación había qe desalojarla a las 12 El agua de los jacuzzi helada Y la de la alberca también Solo la ponen caliente en la noche Y eso despues de un rato ya está literal hirviendo Un gran desperdicio de habitaciones por el PESIMO servicio de la gente The facilities are beautiful but the service leaves tooooooo to be desired, I book through Facebook and suddenly they stopped answering I asked for reports on WhatsApp and they told me that I had to conclude my reservation through Facebook, isn't it supposed to be the same? F	Fin Gallardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Bonito lugar" pero. Agua de albercas muy fría y sucia. Sin restaurante bar. Hormigas, zancudos, arañas y escarabajos en la cama. Hojala y chinches no. La señora de recepción mala cara. Y lo peor peor. Que mi habitación vence a las 12 y quieren q te retires del lugar sin más derecho a la alberca. Claro que me fuy antes. ? "Nice place" but. Very cold and dirty pool water. No bar restaurant. Ants, mosquitoes, spiders and beetles in the bed. Leaf and bedbugs no. The lady at the reception bad face. And the worst worst. That my room expires at 12 and they want you to leave the place without further right to the pool. Of course I left before. ?
