★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve hace un mes ahí, contratamos con Expedia pero no me dejaba poner la recomendación ahí así que aprovecharé aquí. Excelente servicio, nos dieron recomendaciones de los tours y lugares para comer, fueron muy amables desde la llegada hasta que nos fuimos. Y la habitación era muy bonita y con una vista increíble, lo disfrutamos mucho ¡Gracias!
 I was there a month ago, we contracted with Expedia but they wouldn't let me put the recommendation there so I'll take advantage of it here. Excellent service, they gave us recommendations of tours and places to eat, they were very friendly from arrival until we left. And the room was very nice and amazing view, we enjoyed it very much Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel básico pero muy completo, las habitaciones son cómodas y agradables, están climatizadas y eso se agradece, la ubicación es perfecta y tiene a la mano de todo, la alberca está muy buena y super limpia y la atención del personal es buena.
Edit. No le bajaré estrellas porque por el precio me pareció muy buen hotel pero hay un par de detalles a mencionar: la alberca aunque no está el agua puerca si está casi siempre muy sucia, como que no la limpian a fondo como en otros lugares, y las de limpieza super mal, no limpiaban bien el cuarto, hacían la limpieza a la hora que les daba la gana, no rellenaban ni dejaban shampoo y jabones, tuvimos que bajar varios días a recepción a pedir jabones, y lo peor fue un día una chica abrió la puerta de nuestro cuarto sin permiso, cuando tocó le dije que ahí estábamos y como quiera entró, se le había olvidado la llave del cuarto y nosotros la dejamos en recepción, entiendo su preocupación pero lo bueno fue que justo en ese momento no estábamos en pelotas, porque en si eso estuvo fatalmente mal.
It is a basic but very complete hotel, the rooms are comfortable and pleasant, they are air-conditioned and that is appreciated, the location is perfect and everything is close at hand, the pool is very good and super clean and the attention of the staff is good.
Edit. I will not lower stars because for the price it seemed like a very good hotel but there are a couple of details to mention: the pool, although the water is not dirty if it is almost always very dirty, like they do not clean it thoroughly like in other places, and The cleaners were super bad, they didn't clean the room well, they did the cleaning whenever they wanted, they didn't refill or leave shampoo and soaps, we had to go down to reception for several days to ask for soaps, and the worst was one day a girl opened the door of our room without permission, when she knocked I told her that there we were and anyway she entered, she had forgotten the key to the room and we left it at the reception, I understand her concern but the good thing was that just at that moment she did not we were naked, because in itself that was fatally wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones muy cómodas el diseño muy padre, la vista espectacular, sería genial que tuvieran frigobar, solo la limpieza me quedo a deber porque solo tienden la cama y se llevan la basura. La atención del personal en recepción y del bar muy amables.
The rooms are very comfortable, the design is very cool, the view is spectacular, it would be great if they had a minibar, only cleaning is my duty because they only make the bed and take away the garbage. The attention of the staff at reception and at the bar very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had problems with this place the minute i checked in. The water stopped working while I was taking a shower. I didn't get the room I asked for and when I tried to check out early they refused to give me a receipt. They also refused to give me a refund for the days I did not stay there. There was nothing in there terms and conditions that said I could not cancel early. They are thieves and and there are better places to stay than here. Go somewhere else for your vacation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Collection O Hotel DC was surprisingly enjoyable given we always book on Zicatela. Mique, Receptionist, US expat spoke English well, rooms were clean, and bath/shower facilities were modern and well maintained. Yes, HOT water and clean toilets that flush.
New Guest booking stays must remember "This is a small BOUTIQUE HOTEL in a small, quaint and walkable "Puebla town in MEXICO,
Cute roof deck with small/large wading pools. Even the Hotel Restaurant was enjoyable to eat breakfast and pretty cheap by American/Euro Standards.
Location and Stay was worth skipping Hotels along Zicatela. Loved knowing that the hotel is also strict on stragglers, non-guest and unreserved guests coming to hotel. A safe, clean and upscale environment. Thank-you Mique and Collection O Hotel DC.
