El baño tira agua por abajo. Las habitaciones sucias, no sirve el agua fría tienes que bañarte con agua caliente y quema, lo trastes con cucarachas , el baño sucio y roto (y nos lo hicieron pagar), nos cambiaron de habitación y el baño estaba despegado afortunadamente eso no nos cobraron , al momento de hacer check out nos informaron de los cobros extras sin previo aviso y sin ser nuestra responsabilidad. Les solicitamos ayuda para calmar a unos borrachos que se encontraban en el patio del hotel y lo que nos hicieron hacer fue nosotros hablar con ellos porque “somos los huéspedes” pésima calidad , pésimo servicio , no se dejen llevar solo por la ubicación pueden encontrar mejores opciones.
