★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio con aseguradora Quálitas. Nadie da seguimiento a tu vehículo, más de 3 meses para entregar un siniestro relativamente simple de cambio de partes. Nadie contesta los teléfonos que te proporcionan. Un completo caos de taller!!
Poor service with Quálitas insurer. Nobody follows up on your vehicle, more than 3 months to deliver a relatively simple loss of parts. Nobody answers the phones that provide you. A complete workshop chaos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala la atención del personal de oficina, cuando dejas el vehículo no te hace llenar ningún formulario, te da una fecha de entrega y cuando asistes te la cambia, al final te hace llenar formatos de "encuesta de salida" y a cerca de los datos del usuario que a final de cuentas son copias de la copia de la copia (o sea que no se entiende nada)... Si te cita después de las 13:30, cierra a las 14:00 llegas minutos antes de que cierre (15 o 20 minutos) te dice que cheques rápido el vehículo porque ya va a cerrar... En fin muy mala experiencia con ellos...

1. Nula atención al cliente
2. Nulo seguimiento con respecto a notificaciones y avances
3. Procesos de valuación y pedido de piezas lentos
4. Procesos administrativos encajosos, engorrosos y tardados
5. Obtener espejo derecho cuando el daño está en el espejo izquierdo
7. Un grupo de WhatsApp dónde no se habla más que para justificarse o culpar a "los procesos del seguro"
Collision Center cumple todas las expectativas para ser uno de los peores talleres en San Luis Potosí. ¡Felicidades!
Collision Center is an excellent place to take your car if you are looking for:
1. No customer service
2. No follow-up regarding notifications and progress
3. Slow parts ordering and valuation processes
4. Embedded, cumbersome and time-consuming administrative processes
5. Get right mirror when damage is on the left mirror
7. A WhatsApp group where people talk only to justify themselves or blame "insurance processes"
Collision Center meets all expectations to be one of the worst workshops in San Luis Potosí. Congratulations!
