Very good workshop. I took my car to fix a blow and it was perfect! Your staff very attentive.

The worst workshop there can be, they steal parts from you, they give you poor quality parts, just like paint, and it's super slow. Checking your car is not a guarantee since with the use of two days the details come out.

Terrible service, avoid wasting time, money and courage with this workshop, I took my vehicle from the insurer and because I did not read the bad comments of other users about this workshop before, I made the terrible mistake of not asking the insurer for another option, they took a month to deliver my vehicle and they left the job very poorly, the blows could be seen with the naked eye, very poorly detailed, a rim was damaged and they only sanded it and put paste and left it that way, they did not even paint it, it was missing a door molding, the door that they "fixed" on the inside was painted with the silhouette of another piece, of the work that they were going to do to my vehicle I paid separately so that they painted the facias and they did not do it but they did charge me , the battery of my truck completely without power (they only gave it power to turn it on and they gave it to me, it was damaged for so long without use and I had to buy a new one, unnecessary expenses!), at the moment of making these observations they ask me to stop another week my vehicle to work on it and at the end of that time I return and the surprise was that of all the aforementioned, only half detailed the most visible blow, leaving the rest as they had left it bad from the first time, seeing the comments about this workshop I realize that there are many people who complain about very similar issues and even about suspicions of change and/or theft of parts and/or accessories, really, if you want to avoid a very bad experience, avoid visiting this workshop.

Definitively, a VERY POOR QUALITY workshop,,,, AND IT TOOK AN ETERNITY TO DELIVER MY VEHICLE TO ME, IF I COULD BE AT THE WORKSHOP ENTRANCE DAILY AND TELL THEM NOT TO PUT YOUR VEHICLE IN, BELIEVE ME I WOULD DO IT WITH VERY LOW QUALITY PAINTING AND WORST HOLIDAY SERVICE, the only thing they know is to change parts and for this they took about a month in my vehicle, it is the worst workshop that the insurance company has given me.

It is the worst workshop I have seen, the calls to see the follow-up are zero (they answer the phone every 34 calls approx) they lied with the advance when I went to pick it up they had literally done NOTHING, they gave me the keys and the car without asking me identification or delivery paper, that is, anyone can go for the car they like and they will deliver it without asking for documents

Very bad service I do not recommend it at all, a month repairing my car and they have not finished. Mr. Ciro in charge does not answer the calls and is unpunctual and non-compliant. If you have agreements with it, I suggest you cancel them.
