Llevan dos meses con mi coche jetta para cambiarle una defensa , no tengo fecha de entrega, nunca se han comunicado conmigo, cuando te quieres comunicar tienes que llamar 100 veces solo para que encuentren el coche y otras 100 para que te digan que no saben nada. Por desgracia tuve que dejar mi coche en ese taller porque lo metió GNP, con lo que he visto me da miedo pensar en el día que me entreguen el coche, con la porqueria de trabajo que les llevo meses hacer. Sin lugar a dudas es el peor taller con el que me he topado, tiempos de entrega que parecería que están haciendo el coche a mano, pésimo servicio y nula atención al cliente

Evítenlo El taller puede tener buena finta pero el nivel de servicio es muy malo y la calidad que pregonan no es buena. Entró por un golpe sencillo que dañó salpicadera y faro; hasta el día de hoy llevo 3 meses y es hora que no la dejan al 100% ni tengo claro cuánto tiempo más se va a llevar. Su mejor pretexto era que las piezas no las tienen disponibles pero la cruda realidad es que he estado regresando por mala calidad en el trabajo, como por ejemplo el faro es de ajuste electrónico inteligente y la primera vez la quisieron entregar sin haber configurado el faro en la computadora, posteriormente me la quisieron entregar con manchas de pintura azul (la camioneta es gris), y con la fascia nueva con rayones, el faro nuevo desalineado y flojo, y los sensores de estacionamiento desconfigurados. Aunque al final te cubre la garantía hasta que quede al 100% la falta de seguimiento, atención y calidad te puede complicar la vida por varios meses.

Mi experiencia fue buena, no demoraron mucho en la atención de mi problema, que además fue leve. Mi trabajo quedó bien echo. Pero me pude percatar durante mis esperas, de otros clientes que en verdad si le estaban batallando con tiempos de entrega muy largos. Además el taller es una nave muy grande, repleta de autos para reparar que te da la impresión que no avanzan. Las chicas del escritorio muy bien

Terrible. Told us 4 weeks, for a relatively simple job. Ended up being more than 6 weeks. And then they had done more damage which required returning. Which wasn't done on time. Also you can't call them because no one answers the phones. Sat here for an hour with phones ringing continuously and staff don't answer. And when they do they lie to you.
