Pero muy tranquilo, en la iglesia de colon está cerrada. El fin de semana se pone un tianguis a un costado de la Basílica, dónde se puede comer las clásicas gorditas de maíz quebrado y otros antojitos. Si deseas adquirir alguna prenda de lana, la puedes comprar en el museo de la lana que está frente al tianguis. Al otro extremo del pueblo, la presidencia municipal tiene un bello mural dónde se aprecia la historia del hombre, principalmente el de Colón, además puedes visitar la parroquia de San Francisco de Asís, que aún con sus remodelaciones sigue siendo tan bella como antigua.
