Del sol te cobran CARISIMOO por mantenimiento de la colonia, por ser oficina los precios a pagar son 3 o hasta 4 veces más caro, ademas te cobran el agua la uses o no y la cuota es FIJA por mínimo así que si gasta menos que eso a ellos no les importa MUCHO OJO ANTES DE RENTAR, NO QUIEREN NEGOCIOS EN LA COLONIA LITERAL
Fatal, fatal if you're a cd business. From the sun they charge you CARISIMOO for maintenance of the colony, for being an office the prices to pay are 3 or even 4 times more expensive, also they charge you for the water you use it or not and the fee is FIXED for a minimum so if you spend less than that They do not care VERY EYE BEFORE RENTING, THEY DO NOT WANT BUSINESS IN THE LITERAL COLONY
