★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mi hija a la toma de fotografía para pasaporte. Fueron rechazadas en la SRE, porque salía su frente mas obscura de lo que era, tuve que pagar servicio express en otro lugar. Al pedir mi reembolso en Colorfacil Navarrete, me fué denegado, ya que 1 de las 8 fotos la utilicé para la constancia de estudios que la SRE retuvo. Muy decepcionada.
 I took my daughter to the passport photo shoot. They were rejected in the SRE, because their forehead was darker than it was, I had to pay express service elsewhere. When requesting my refund in Colorfacil Navarrete, I was denied, since 1 of the 8 photos I used for the record of studies that the SRE retained. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pedí una impresión el miércoles y me dijeron que estaría en 2 horas, fui a recogerla el sábado y aún no estaba impresa, además malísima actitud de la persona que atiende, con una mala cara desde el inicio y cuando fui a recoger la impresión que no estaba lista ni una disculpa ofrecen y aún así me hicieron esperar media hora más.
Lousy service, I asked for an impression on Wednesday and they told me it would be in 2 hours, I went to pick it up on Saturday and it was not yet printed, also very bad attitude of the person who attends, with a bad face from the beginning and when I went to pick up the impression that I was not ready nor an apology offered and still made me wait half an hour more.
